Dear Families,
As you may know, this fall we surveyed our
students to learn about their specific voice related to competencies
surrounding their school experiences. Boone County Schools value input from our community, and students are important partners as we
work to improve our communication, academic program and overall experience for
everyone.
We are writing today to share results from
the most recent survey! We hope that sharing this data will provide you with
more information to support your child’s growth and development. Engaging
families in student learning is critically important in successful student
outcomes. Also, most families report that they are eager to learn more about
how they can support their children's learning.
With that in mind, please take a few moments
to review the report that will accompany your child home containing your
child’s results from the survey. At Boone County, we are reflecting on our
strengths and areas for growth based on the aggregate data, and will be using
this to inform initiatives we will be putting into place next year.
